The common thread is a roof deck with a fall, a waterproofing layer nobody wants touched, and a landscape drawing that assumes the planters will hold a perfectly level line regardless. Falls on roof decks

A 1:40 fall across a long planter run is normal here. Rather than packing on site, we cut each panel to hold a true level top line while the base follows the deck.

Riverside exposure

Bankside and Rotherhithe terraces catch the wind coming off the Thames. Heavier gauge, deeper anchorage and wind-tolerant planting depths are specified as standard on river-facing elevations.

Phased handovers

Large Southwark residential schemes hand over floor by floor. We manufacture and install in matching phases so completed levels can be signed off without waiting for the whole building.

Delivery & access

We are used to working alongside main contractors on live Southwark sites — RAMS, method statements, inductions and phased deliveries as standard. Where layouts are still being finalised we manufacture spare lengths so the run can be trimmed to the final setting-out rather than delaying production.
